Shipping Information
How long does delivery take?
We will process your order within 3 working days.
For artwork, delivery takes 7 to 21 working days depending on destination, which leaves time for packaging and shipping. This may vary depending on the artist’s availability, potential framing of an artwork and the distance between the artist’s studio and your home. For curio items, we will ship these within 3 working days of order, directly to your destination. Whatever happens, we will keep you updated and supply you with a delivery tracking number.
How are the artworks packaged?
Artworks are carefully packaged by the artist. We confirm the packaging with the artist before shipping and take care to make sure that the artwork is properly protected.
Curio items/other artworks are packaged and shipped directly by Carla’s Curiosities.
Who takes care of the delivery?
Depending on the destination and size of the item, we use delivery companies such as DHL, GLS, UPS, or a specialist art delivery company.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all destinations that our delivery companies operate in.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are included in the price, unless otherwise specified. Once the goods have reached the purchasers country of destination any VAT and import duties will become the purchasers responsibility and will be passed on directly by the delivery company.
Is the delivery of the artwork insured?
Yes.
If I buy several artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?
If the items are by the same artist, they may be delivered at the same time. If they are by different artists, the delivery dates will be different. For curio items, we will endeavour to ensure they are delivered together.
Delivery address
All orders will be delivered to the address given at the time of purchase.
Returns
The item was damaged when it arrived. What should I do?
If an item arrives damaged, we guarantee a full refund, but must be notified within 3 working days of receipt.
How does the refund work?
You will be refunded after the work has been returned to the artist or Carla’s Curiosities, within 7 to 10 working days.
